The location was comfy, the staff was helpful. The rooms themselves were well-appointed with a lovely view.

The location was marvellous and super, near the lazy river, Magic Kingdom and the parks and the restaurants and easily accessible. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 0 mins walk from the hotel.

Really enjoyed the a nice size and well-appointed queen room with a view and the way it was setup. The staff was excellent, hard-working, and responded promptly to requests.

Everything was great. Well-trained staff, amazing facilities. Superb pools. Clean, spacious room. Special preparations for my daughters with dolls and chocolates. Wonderful bathroom amenities. Spacious, clean bedroom. Great free wifi. Several restaurants with good 

We got a room with a tub. The staff members were exceptionally attentive and very helpful and suggested local places.

The location favourable and amazing close to the parks. Next to activities like days of character breakfasts and the lazy river. Wonderful guest room with views of the lake.

The whole hotel was overall clean. The breakfast was great, had a relaxing stay for 11 nights. The room they gave us was luxurious and huge with the nightstand, very comfy beds, a lovely view. 

It is a luxurious property located in Lake Buena Vista district right by Orlando for a wedding with 2 kids, POSSIBLY FLORIDA, and a getaway. The staff in general is amazingly attentive and well-trained. Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay.  

Well-trained and helpful staff, stunning location to the Disney Boardwalk area. Lots of good food for meals.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the golf course and the Walt Disney World parks. It also was by howpoorly everything was handled. The food was healthy and the bar was nice.

Beds were too soft in this place.

It was based in new building in a marvellous and super location, away from the parks. The room I stayed in was lovely and complete with very comfy beds and a lovely view, for example.

Ideal place overall, it is reasonably clean, location is good and amazing in the Disney area. Luxurious huge rooms, they are provided with a lovely view and the nightstand, for example.

The amenities were great. The room was spacious and clean with free wifi. Multiple restaurants, including Spanish and Cuban cuisine, and a buffet-style breakfast. Adults-only pool for relaxation. Excellent 24-hour gym.
